I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max, ordered two separate cases (both of different ombré colors) NEITHER of these cases fit properly the ways that it should from the model of cases listed in online description of item. I would recommend that anyone whom is interested or looking to order this case brand in particular, DON’T bother, or waste your hard earned money on a item that is incorrectly labeled in size dimensions, model of iPhone (12/13 pro max). I reached out to Target’s 🎯 Online Customer Service & Support specialists/ representative as unfortunately I was & explained the problem and situation that was/is at hand, with/in regards to improperly & also “inaccurate description/ for incorrect item model of iPhone 📱 ” of this case, & brand, not fitting perfectly as should’ve. So, I hope anyone who is debating/thinking on purchasing this case, don’t ! Save all your hard earned money, especially in or with this.’

Love the color, hate that I can’t even use. Side buttons don’t line up with my phone. Ordered a 13 Pro Max case, which is what this was labeled. Case for my phone, but buttons don’t work at all when the case is on my phone. I promptly reported an issue with Target who wants me to mail back. For $7, it’s not worth my gas to even travel to the post office mail it back.

I totally agree w/ Rhonda! This case is BEAUTIFUL in color, but it does NOT fit the iPhone 13 pro max like it states. Buttons do not match up :( Therefore I will be returning this!! :/
