I like that I can buy 40lbs of cat litter in a box. The amount is just right. Not too much or too little. It fills the litter box two times and it’s easy to store. One last thing, my cat loves it

Used to work great, like all other recent reviews product has started to dust significantly more and no longer clumps. Truly terrible product now. Switching brands.

We use to buy the pails all the time until you changed your cat litter formula. I do not recommend or will I ever purchase this product again. All you did was make it to where the product doesn’t work and you go through a pail in just 1 week due to changing litter every other day due to now it is non clumping and it does not control odors. You as a company need to change your formula back to the original formula that did work. Which is it did control odors and did clump. Oh well looks like with all the reviews and people will quit buying it you may rethink and go back to the original formula version because being greedy is not right.

This stuff is expensive and doesn’t clump and my house smells like cat pee. I’ll never buy it again. I’ve had cats all my life and my house has never ever smelt so bad.

Worst litter ever. Urine clumps disintegrated. You can never get all the urine out. I bought 3 buckets and I’m so disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal Tidy Cats user for 20+ years and over the last year or more the product has became complete rubbish. Urine just saturates, no longer clumps, and the smell is atrocious. The dust is overwhelming. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new brand.

I’ve been using Purina Tidy cats 24/7 performance clumping cat litter for probably over 20 years. I’ve tried other brands and they just couldn’t compete until now.. the last 14 bags of litter I bought I’ll have the same issue where the clump turns to clay that is impossible to get out of the litter pan! And when you do get the clump 30% of the time, the clump falls apart and mixes in with clean litter so you have to start all over a lot more often with a brand new bag of litter. It’s also become a problem that the litter sticks to my cats legs and I have to cut it out of their fur, even though they’re short. I have four cats good litter is important. Very important. I clean their litter boxes every day. So I’ve been having to use a brand new bag of litter every couple of days which is way too expensive. I’m hoping whatever change formulation they’ve made

Bad bad litter, worst I have even used in 20 years. So so much dust my whole house is dusty from it. Tracking absolutely horrible. Worst litter you can buy.

I wondered what was going on with my litter and I see I’m not alone. Just turns to mud now, impossible to scoop. We are definitely switching litter now that I see this is a change and not a fluke. Big fail for the folks behind this change.

Tidy cat 24/7 is not working at all. The litter doesn't clump so when I scoop it just falls back down and causes the whole box to have an odor. I don't know why they changed it but I'm totally disgusted. It was money thrown away. Won't purchase again

I tried all kinds of cat litter but I always come back to tidy cats (red box). It clumps well, good odor control, low dust. It is a good deal if there is a sale and discount. Otherwise, the prices keep on going up and even though it is low dust, it still is a little dusty and gets in the air.

I have used your product for years don’t know what you have changed but would not buy again my cats can’t take all the dust it does not clump and don’t get me started on order control because there is none. Worse product ever. I get better results from just sand.

I have used your product for over 7 years for my three cats. I'm done with it. If I wanted mud I would go dig it out of my yard. The oder control is no longer 24/7 it's not even 7 ! The color is different the texture is different . I'm using more than double if what I was using 4 months ago. Your fired.

Tidy Cats obviously changed something. We have used this litter for nearly a decade with no problems until now. The Litter is no longer clumping so we are not able to get the litter box clean.

I am very disappointed in the Tidy Cat 24/7 clumping cat litter. Just in the last 4-5 months it has stopped clumping. The urine cannot be scooped out of the litter boxes. This used to be the best litter on the market and I do not know what you changed but it is terrible. I have used this litter for the last 10 years and now I need to find something that actually does what it says it does. I also thought I would give the "new" Tidy Cats 24-7 litter that I just saw at Meijer, that is marketed as even tighter clumps a shot and it was worse than the change 6 months ago. It is a shame that this product has gone up in price and down in value and quality.

It’s very fine low dust and control odors for days

its kitty litter. works like it should, great value in the boxes. But they are heavy and the lazy Fedex people can't carry them up to the door as my instructions state. And definitely not the first time with this issue. Maybe you should change to UPS, they follow instructions perfectly.

I am very disappointed in Tidy Cats clumping litter. Did Tidy Cats change the formula recently? I have used it for at least 12 years and it used to clump great! The last 3 months or so the product clumps fall apart and make it difficult to scoop up the wet litter resulting in a litter box that needs washing, scrubbing, and refilling more frequently. I have been using the 40 lb boxes as I have 4 cats. I have 4 litter boxes and scoop them daily. What gives?

I tried Purina Tidy Cats 24/7 Performance clumping litter in one of her two litter boxes and she had a difficult time finding the box until I guided her to it, because it smelled different from what she was accustomed to. She used it a few times over the ensuing week, but eventually stopped using that litter box altogether. I poured out the Tidy Cats litter and replaced it with her usual brand, but she refuses to use that particular box at all, even after putting her directly in the box. Personally, I found the deodorizing system/clean linen scent of the litter to be repulsive, to the point that cleaning the box felt like a dreaded chore. In fact, the scent is so overpowering that the inside of the small, lidded waste basket that holds the bag of used litter reeks of clean linen even 2 weeks after the bag was removed. Plus, the odor-fighting ability wears off after a while, so the waste basket now has a funky, sweet ammonia smell. The litter formed very neat, compact clumps that were easy to scoop, but I just could not get over the cloying smell - and neither could my cat. #sponsored
