Minka's Merrimack Collection of outdoor lighting features strong, bold lines, and hammered glass element for traditional appeal. The classic lantern profile comes in a sturdy cast aluminum construction and is wet rated for outdoor use. The design has Corona Bronze finish and decorative details like a curved top support arm and rectangular wallplate. The hammered clear glass allows you to see the bulb and provides a warm and welcoming look when illuminated from within.

I ordered one for the front entry then immediately order 3 more. Beautiful yet simple (not having to take apart the glass housing to change a bulb). Best part of not having to take apart the glass housing is that it makes it easy to clean the inside of the glass. The hammered class gives it a very elegant look. These are not displayed at the storefront so it give them that rare custom/unique look.

While I can confirm this is a nice-looking, quality-built wall lamp, had nothing but issues trying to install. Noticed that the instructions come in English and French. Possibly there was a French designer of this light who isn't up-to-speed on the sizes of electrical boxes in the USA. For our 30 yr old home in Michigan, had to drill slightly larger holes in the provided mounting plate to get it to connect to our outlet box. Then noticed that the two mounting screws that attach to the light's mounting plate were spaced too far apart because they landed just outside the perimeter of our electrical box! As such, could not adjust the length of the bolts - which was needed. So I then went to the hardware to buy my own bolts that were 1/4" shorter than those provided with the lamp only to find out that the mounting screws are not any official US or Metric size! The closest fit was 8/32" .. but the screw pattern was different, making the decorative end caps unable to work except for attaching at the very end of the bolt before they realized the thread pattern was off. In the end, got everything to work ...but what an installation hassle.

We were so excited to install it, but the base of it is bigger than expected so it will involve cutting brick or adding additional bolts into the brick in order to install it.
