Lands End, please bring back the original supima tees. I want the longer length and the quality fabric. I will not purchase these again if this is now the standard.

Long beloved supima tees changed their fabric, fit

I should have read the one- and two-star reviews before I bought my most recent short- and long-sleeve supima tees this year, but I have always counted on Lands End clothing for consistency of product. The long-sleeve supima tee developed a small hole in the right sleeve after about white three washings, so I mended it. Just received a black short-sleeve supima tee that smelled like it had been dipped in gasoline when I opened the bag it was in. I washed it and hung it near an open window, so the odor is dissipating. I did notice the change in fabric quality (thinner, more slick to the feel) when I got the white long-sleeve tee earlier this year. I've bought these tees for years and have loved the weight of the previous fabric for its ability to properly conceal what's underneath; this year's version not so much. Also the fit is a bit shorter and boxier and less flattering. These tees will be consigned to be layers under shirts and sweaters now.

I used to love Lands' End T-shirts but no more. Twice I have ordered T-shirts this year and twice I have had to return. T-shirts are much shorter and boxier. The material is very poor quality. Very sad but I will start shopping elsewhere.

I just bought 3 of this cotton V neck T-shirt which I have loved in the past. Very disappointed it is 'see-through'. Seriously I cannot wear these at work as it is embarrassing. Just not right to change things like this and then expect people not to be upset. I would really like a full refund as I cannot wear these. Love the colors though.

I have bought this t shirt for several years and I'm so upset that the length is so much shorter and the material is so much thinner. Very disappointed and ask landsend to seriously hear these complaints and bring back the t- shirt many of us use as a clothing staple for our casual wardrobe please!

    Disappointed this year

I bought 3 of these t-shirts this year in an 1X and I have bought some every year for the past 5 years. They are my favorite t-shirts and they hold up well to washing. This years 3 that I purchased I am disappointed with. They are made shorter than previous years shirts. I measured 1 I bought this year against 1 I bought in previous years and it’s about an inch shorter. I feel like I’m always tugging it down. I would have given these 5 stars but I hate always tugging on my shirt to make sure it doesn’t ride up. Disappointed especially for how much they cost.

I have been buying these shirts for years, and I love them. But... last year I bought one in baltic blue. When it arrived, I noticed that it was made in Egypt; my others were made in Peru. The fabric on this one did not hold up well. It shrunk in the wash. If I had expected that, I would have ordered a larger size.

What happened? Ordered two t’s in my usual 2x. Fit is completely different. Much shorter. Boxier. Not flattering. Fabric is very very thin. This has been my wardrobe staple for years. Please go back to previous fit and better fabric. I would be willing to pay more to get my “old” t’s back.

    Shrinks!

I usually wear regular sized shirts, but I decided to buy petite in this style, because the regular seemed too long for the boxier style. Unfortunately, one of them shrank shrank when dried on low, and now it's a good inch shorter than the other, which was taken out of the dryer after 10 minutes. I can't be sure how much that one shrank. I expect more for such an expensive tshirt!

have several, cotton is thin, very comfortable. I haven't bought any last few years due to lack of prints, that would be more flattering to older customers. I've never looked good in horizontal stripes, even when young, tiny prints have never been flattering being petite. How about medium to darker background prints? I wear mine to do yard work they are so light, comfortable!

Bought two shirts a few weeks ago. One was a kelly green for St.Patrick's Day. Washed it according to instructions only to find it had shrunk a few inches. I returned the 2nd shirt. Both shirts were petite. Although the fabric is nice, I recommend those who wear petite buy the regular size.

I had several relaxed supima cotton t-shirts that I've worn for years. Last time there was a sale I ordered a new batch. The quality has substantially downgraded. The material is much thinner, the fit is much tighter, and the tall is no longer long enough. So disappointed! I now have to find a new place to buy t-shirts. Boohoo..

Just received my order of two white tees. I held one up and could see my window through it. The fabric is very thin and sheer. So I’ll have to wear camis under them to hide my bra. These tees are very expensive to me, even on sale, and I’m very disappointed by the cheap fabric,

I am a Lands' End customer for 40 years. I just received an order of womens "supima" tees. I can't believe how thin and flimsy they are, even just since last year. Also they are about 2 inches shorter, so when they are washed they will be too short. What is up with this? The price goes up and the quality goes down.

    What happened to the quality?

I have been buying lands end tees for years and was willing to pay more than other brand basic tees because of the quality. Shirts were great length, great fit, great quality, they were thicker fabric so never really wrinkled. No more. Now cropped and cheap, they’re so thin the white is see through. I will be moving on. No sense paying more for a t-shirt of lower quality when I can get similar quality cheaper elsewhere. Wish they hadn’t changed them.

LANDS END HAS CHANGED!! Not for the better! I have purchased quality clothes from them for years-decades-now the fabric and quality are poor! The shirts I buy are supposed to be 27.5 inches and they used to be 29 inches. Now I get them in the mail and they are 25 inches but supposed to be 27.5. What the heck is going on Lands End?? The Supima T's have changed!!
