It's hard to find single-handed locking tongs, and these have a smaller and different style tip than the Zyliss ones I've been buying for years, so I figured I'd try them. Well, not thrilled with them. There's no grip on the back or anything, so it's hard to hold them in place while you slide the lock. They also don't track very well -- i.e. if you close them, they don't really line up properly unless you're very conscientious about it. I'm also concerned about the gap between the 'hinge' end and the tips -- why are these built with multiple unsealed piece? It seems like sop and water would get caught during washing. I haven't used them, only tested them in the hand, but I'll be returning these. Will stick to Zyliss.

Don’t love these. Hard to unlock. Stiff to squeeze. And not magnetic so can’t be stored on my magnet strip.
