    d of money back for it. They said they could not resend item but I could purchase it again. They did not show any empathy for the fact that I was upset and frustrated for having taken day waiting all day for delivery. Their appeasement was a 25 dollar gift card aside from the purchase I made for almost 200 in a gift card as well. I am beyond disappointed. Now I am stuck with having to purchase pool again from them at a higher price and wasting more time waiting for it to possibly be delivered. This is photo of "pool" that got delivered from FedEx who they hired and here is the kicker one of them still questioned if FedEx does that a lot in my area. Didn't take accountability for who they hire to make delivery instead tried blaming in on the area aka me. Baffled at the audacity.

    Hands down my favorite pool I’ve ever purchased for my kids. The 12’ was more than enough room for my three littles. It took me 30 min to set up and is very sturdy. Highly recommend it. Especially for the price point.

My gosh is this thing huge which is awesome since I wasn’t expecting it to easily take up a lot of space in my backyard and feel like a real pool. It also is made from a thick material that makes me feel even happier about using this pool since I know it will last and that I can have many fun pool days. I also love how it came with extra parts that make it easier to utilize my pool. This is such a great pool and makes this Texas heat not so bad.

The box it comes in is big and heavy but if you open it and take the individual boxes/parts out, it’s very manageable. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. It took me an afternoon to lay everything out and install it, and start filling it. The kids have a great time in it and it’s big enough for the adults to cool off in. The only downside is that the filter is not adequate for the pool. You will spend time with a screen or need to get a bottom cleaning filter. Aside from that one thing, everything is great!

It came with the pool, filter, liner, cover and ladder. It took about an hour to set up and the instructions were easy to follow. Nice high quality durable pool that will last a long time. We love this pool love all the added features that others do not have like the built in skimmer which is amazing! I love that it comes with so many extras that I did not have to purchase separate such as the ladder, the porch cover, and the topper with is highly nice & the quality is great with the thickness! I love this set & it has become a very nice addition to our yard! The setup was rather easy as the poles snap & lock together & they slide right into the side after you get a nice level spot your pretty well setup & ready to roll! It has been so relaxing & enough space for some family/friends without being crowded. I love it & have enjoyed it very much as it has become a great summer hangout spot for the entire family/friends this year & hopefully many more to come!

The setup was really easy, and the frame is pretty sturdy. I recommend putting some solid supports under the legs since they are supporting a lot of weight. Putting the frame together went really quick though, and it even comes with a filter, ladder, cover, and ground cover. It really is a fully equipped pool party in a box. The only thing it doesn’t come with is the water conditioners.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely pleased with Funsicle's outdoor pool. Surprisingly, installation was incredibly easy. I was able to set up by myself while my baby took a nap! No less than 45min for the pool assembly, filter installation, and ladder setup. This pool is HUGE. You can swim from one side to another, which has been great for our 4 year old who is learning how to swim. She can also comfortably walk in the water which is great! I highly recommend this pool. We're hosting a summer pool party next weekend and we can't wait for everyone to come over and enjoy this pool with us!

The cover really helps the water to stay clean. I have to watch the pump timer so that I can reset after the time is done. It's was easy to put the chemicals in. This is such a great set up. My kids really enjoys it.

    This pool was purchased late May and the liner started leaking late June from the drain port. I contacted customer service based on the 1 year warranty. They didn’t have a replacement liner and couldn’t provide a pool for the summer. All the pools are sold out near us so now we have an empty pool and a huge water bill and customer service said too bad.
