Description

We know that your day to day doesn't keep you in one place, so why should your baby carrier? Transitioning from indoor air-conditioning to outdoor sun and warmth can be tricky with a baby strapped to you. With the Baby K'tan Breeze you can easily adjust your carrier to accommodate any temperature. Made of a unique cotton-mesh construction, each loop is constructed of jersey knit cotton on one side and a perforated mesh-knit cotton on the other. The perforated half provides added breathability for parent and baby, while the jersey side offers the same great cozy hold as the Original Baby K'tan Baby Carrier. Mom or Dad can easily rotate the loops of their Breeze Baby Carrier before placing baby in the wrap. Place the mesh in front or back of your baby sling, depending on your needs, providing airflow or warmth wherever desired. All of our Baby K’tan Baby Carriers have a patented double-loop design that easily slips on like a t-shirt without any hassle of wrapping or buckling. Individually sized for the baby wearer (refer to sizing chart), parent and baby will get the perfect fit every time without having to adjust any snaps or ties.

    Very Easy to Use

I was worried it would be complicated like a wrap or buckled carrier but it was as easy as the company said it would be and that is a huge factor when using a baby product. Also love how it looks - like a T-shirt, not a bulky carrier !

My baby loves to be carried and this works great. It’s easy to put on and baby feels secure. The fabric seems a bit tight (not much stretch) compared to the regular baby k’tan fabric.

    Sized Small

Sizing is very off. Sizing is SMALL by at least one size. I am generally a size 12, and purchased a size medium. I should have done at least a large, maybe even an extra large. Now this isn’t returnable, and I’m stuck with too small of a wrap and out $60 unfortunately. Great concept though with the fabric being nice.

Too small based on pre-pregnancy size

They say to go by pre-pregnancy size. I ordered an XS and that thing barely even fits without a baby in it. It is such a great idea but it's a shame I can't even use it. The product itself is probably great if you can get the sizing right.

    A Worthwhile Purchase

I spent a few hours comparing baby wraps and I’m glad reviews eventually led me to purchase this from Baby K’Tan. I have an Ergo Baby carrier suitable from birth that my 4-week-old unfortunately hated (I’m thinking she’ll enjoy it more when she’s a little older), so I was desperate to find an affordable, easy-to-use, and breathable wrap that would do the trick in the interim. What distinguishes this from other wraps is the ease of use and quick setup—after watching the same YouTube video three times, I got the hang of seamlessly putting my daughter in it without a huge fuss from her. Other wraps I researched were reviewed by others as overly complicated, not very breathable, and time consuming to put on, but not this one! It takes me ~2 minutes to adjust the wrap and put my baby in it (pro tip: it’s helpful having a floor length mirror or even a window to see what you’re doing). I am also impressed with how sturdy it is for essentially being a piece of fabric. It’s been a huge lifesaver being able to hold and carry her while doing chores around the house, eating, or taking a stroll...plus my daughter ends up falling asleep. While I was initially hesitant about the hefty price tag (relative to other wraps), I’m so glad I bought this one and would recommend it to anyone!

    Size chart is wrong

    2 out of 5 stars
Wwertyuiop - 4 years ago, Verified purchaser
I ordered according to the size chart, I wear a size 18 so I went with a L as it says it goes to a 20. You’d be lucky for this to fit if you wore a 16. My son is only 6 weeks old and couldn’t fit in it. I ordered a XL hoping that works, we will see.

    Size Chart is not right

    5 out of 5 stars
Peggy - 4 years ago, Verified purchaser
The best way to carry the baby around the house and into Dr appointments. However the chart size is wrong. I was 140 lb and size 8 before pregnancy. I am 155 lb now and My baby is 3 weeks old. Based on the chart size I got Medium. It’s too tight on the baby and makes breathing hard for him. My baby is about 8lb. I guess the size chart ignores the mom breasts and the fact that baby is growing super fast! By the way the fabric does not stretch, so don’t count on it. I think the size chart might be right for dads but moms definitely need to get a size larger than pre-pregnancy.

    Best baby carrier ever !

Best baby carrier ever ! I originally bought the ergo carrier but I was highly disappointed with that one (very bulky and very complicated) the K’tan baby breeze carrier is very easy to put on and take off, it is not bulky and the price is great ! Why spend more than $100 on a carrier when you can get a well made low costing one with the K’tan. I really wanted the lighter color but ended getting the black, I feel like the gray will be easier to keep clean but it’s ok I love the way it feels and my baby loves it too. I got a size small I am 140lbs or like 135 (breastfeeding has me loosing weight fast) I am a 34 DDD and notice other carriers don’t work well with big chests, anyway this one gives no problems. Hope this review helps

If you are busty you might have trouble with this. I got the size according to size chart and I’m not able to get the kangaroo position to work at all. It works great for my husband though. I’m so jealous when my husband wears it. It’s well made and seems very durable.

    Excited to use

Great shorts - 5 years ago
I'm currently expecting our second and did a lot of research on a wrap type of carrier. I like the idea of a wrap but they intimidate and confuse me. To me, this seems like the perfect solution without the complications of tying and securing a baby in a wrap. I also like the idea of the mesh/breeze material so baby and myself don't get overheated. We have a very nice carrier for our daughter but it takes 2 people to position and secure her in it, and she gets quite warm (as well as my husband) when we go hiking. I'm very excited to use this once baby arrives!

Baby boy loves it!! When he is fussy and I need to get things done, I put him in the carrier and he takes his naps in it... way easier to put on than the infantino carrier I have and I don’t have straps hanging to the floor when I have it on and best of all, NO BUCKLES!

    Not worth the money

Honestly I don't know what the hype is. For 65 dollars I would think this would have been easier to use but it was super complicated. I watched countless tutorials and read the constructions but my baby would always be too loose and not upright. I don't recommend this product for $65.

Not my favorite, but has its uses

    Cassie - 5 years ago
I bought the K’Tan Breeze when my one month old started developing a flat spot on his head. I always put him down for naps, and would tote him around in his car seat to run errands. I have a Tula Explore that I tried with him when he was about a week old, but it was bulky and he hated it, although I do think it will be great when he is bigger. I also tried a ring sling, but after watching tutorials on YouTube and multiple attempts I just puke the get it adjusted in a way that was comfortable and secure, and my baby hated it. I liked the looks of the wraps, but was intimidated by them. The K’Tan looked perfect for around the house and errands in town. According to the size chart, I should have bought a medium, but I went down to a small and am glad I did. For reference I am currently 5’7” 175 pounds post pregnancy, but I also have a smaller bust. I love how portable and lightweight it is, and easy to stuff in the diaper bag. It’s also super convenient that the support band folds in on itself and holds the main carrier keeping everything together. My baby does better in this than he did in the other two carriers, but it really doesn’t offer any head support. My son has held his head up from birth, but is still a little wobbly at 2 months old. He has just enough strength and control to push against my chest and stretch out the carrier, so his head is away from my body and unsupported, even when I try to turn his head to one side and pull the strap across the side of his head to encourage him to relax. For around the house when he’s being fussy and I need to finish getting ready to leave it’s great because it’s so easy to put on and take off, but I ended up buying the ErgoBaby Embrace for errands and walks and it’s hands down both our favorite. I also don’t like how much fabric there is to it, especially over the shoulders. It really limits my range of motion for my arms. I’ve debated returning the K’Tan, but because of the multiple positions including hip carry and it’s simplicity I’ve decided to keep it. Three stars for the reasons above, plus price.

Absolutely love the fit! It is breathable and lightweight. Plus, it is easy to throw in the diaper bag! I love how my daughter is snug and secure. I had an ergobaby and boba, both I thought were bulky on my petite figure. I recommend this carrier to any petite woman!

While I do not know my dress size, to help other mothers out there, I am 5 foot 2 inches and was around 130-135 pre-pregnancy. I ordered the XS, and it fits snug (baby is high, and I do not feel a risk of the baby slipping through). It is such a relief to be able to have TWO hands free (what a luxury)-- so that I am able to get things done around the house (like write reviews).
