I bought the king size linen color “bedspread” because every cotton quilt I have purchased in the past for my temperpedic king size bed has always shrank and became too small. Even though I washed in cold water and damp dried, then hung over the stair rail to completely dry. So I thought I would try a cotton bedspread. It shrank too, but because of its bedspread size I can still tuck it into upholstered side and foot board. It is very soft and has some stretch to it. But beware of all the lint in dryer vent. I’ve had to empty the vent 2-3 times while driving. Hopefully over time it will lessen. There was even lint in washer the first time it was washed, but not the 2nd time.
