First of all, the instructions given inside the box are extremely unclear. I had to open up my target app and look at the photos of the item to even figure out how to piece it together. With trial and error I was able to do so. I had problems not getting the suction cups to stick. Yes I cleaned the windows first. Yes I boiled the suction cups (i read that that makes them stick better) and no that did not help. The string that holds to the window it seems sooo thin and cheap. My cat has already been biting on it for the past couple hours. I'm sure the thing won't make it til the morning. Need better instructions and better quality in my opinion.
