Best thing since apple pie, I'm always very, very cold in the winter. My husband bought this heated mattress pad, put it on as a surprise, I literally almost died. The heat was instant and kept the heat consistent. comfortable and did I mention nice and hot, head to toe. heating blankets just don't compare. must have!!

Poor quality and didn't last long.
Heater pad lasted for 2 seasons before one side stopped working. Biddeford would not honor 5-year warranty. I will not be buying this brand in future and Target should stop selling this brand if they don’t want unhappy customers.

We bought this item a couple of years ago. We got maybe two winters out of it before one side stopped working entirely. My husband called toncompany to try to get a replacement controller for the side that didn’t work, and the company refused. They said ‘we just bought the company and will not be honoring the 5 year warranty from the original company’. Terrible way to do business.
