Packaged terribly… arrived broken

Truly huge - and gorgeous! The cream color is beautiful with variation and movement that make it look unique and handmade. As a potter, it’s not often I buy a mass-produced piece but I just couldn’t pass on this one for the size, style, and quality. So many styling possibilities and it’ll look great no matter where and how you use it!

The only thing I dislike is the price! I love this rustic, ceramic tray and it looks fantastic in my dining room. A pop of color in this white tray really makes the table stand out. It’s big and heavy and shiny and looks great with wood candlesticks and a vase, or any other use. Each tray is a little bit different, as is ceramic, so I recommend choosing a favorite in the store. I’ve had my eye on this and finally decided to get it. You’ll love it, too!

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the product itself, but rather the poor shipping practices of Target. It is based on the fact that I got to utilize or enjoy the item 0 times. Not sure why Target shipping has to be this way?! So many reviews with same issue. I experience this almost every time I order. I don’t have a store close by, so ordering online is my only option. My order consisted of 4 xl towels, hand towels, washcloths and two breakable items. Perfect opportunity for my items to arrive in one piece for once. If I was packaging, I would wrap the breakable items in their bubble wrap and then wrap them in towels and place in a box with everything fitting snug. How does it come? Huge box. One strand of air puff things. Breakable items in little bit of bubble wrap and enough empty room for a child! I just don’t get it! It’s one thing if it’s packaged properly and broke during shipping, but it’s another when it arrives broke because packagers are either lazy, untrained, told by mgmt to do it this way or not the smartest. The money wasted could be used to offset raising the prices of Hearth and Hand items to the extent they were. Just a thought….

Rating low due to the poor packaging upon delivery it was broken had to return to the store. This was the first order that I’ve placed and almost everything was broken

It’s heavy and sounds like metal . Looks like what’s shown on website. This would be good on a large coffee table.
