Box arrived undamaged, fully intact and strapped. The interior protective packaging was also all intact, but the frame still has several scrapes around the sides that are visible at a glance - the scrapes are white against the black frame so the damage sticks out. I was going to return, but it's huge and I don't feel is worth all the efforts of returning. That defeats the purpose of ordering online for delivery to your door when you have to run around town to complete a return. I'm going to attempt to touch it up with paint, which considering the cost of the frame should not be required. Overall disappointed in the purchase.
