I like the shoe and I’m sure that I will get it in the right size, but I sent it back and I have heard nothing from you in terms of whether it’s a refund or exchange and I will just like better communication if you don’t have the shoe I need to get something else I have several pairs of your brand and I do like but I’m a little surprised that the service has been a bit lacking on this one

Looks great and these shoes are comfortable! At first I ordered a 10.5, which is my normal size, but the shoes were way too long. I returned them and got the size 10, and they are still a little long, but they work fine. Bottom line, these run long, so adjust half size down.
