Wanted to love

Wanted to like this... looks nothing like the picture. No back support, pieces do not stay, basically a mattress. Had to bring to the store to return since they wouldn't pick up.

To help save on your shipping costs, we use a fully compressed packaging method. As a result, the fabric may appear a bit wrinkled, and the foam filling might not be fully puffed up when first unpacked. However, using an iron to smooth out the fabric, vigorously beating the sofa and placing it in the sunlight will help the sofa regain its original shape and comfort, aligning with the look shown in our product images.
