I loved the quality of these pants so much and wanted to love them as much as I love the flare. But they just don’t seem to have the same give and room as the flare pants.

Narrow fit and low quality

These leggings were very narrow and sewn without enough room in the seat area for kids to stretch. They were impossible for my 4 year old to put on by herself. The fabric was also thin and not stretchy enough. Two of the 3 pairs got holes in the crotch and one pair got holes in the knees. Compared to the Cat and Jack legging and Jamie Kay leggings she was wearing in the same season, the Honest leggings were less preferred (hence wore less frequently) yet showed the most wear (the other brands didn't develop any holes). The other leggings can be passed down to the sibling, but the Honest leggings were donated. I previously bought a 3 pack of patterned leggings from Honest and the material of those were thicker and stretchier (although not as much as Cat and Jack and Jamie Kay). They were also on the narrow side, but not as bad as these solid black leggings.
