It takes time and patience to Assemble.
There are maybe a dozen steps to assemble. The instructions are pictorial and pretty simple, and it comes with the Allen keys you need to put it together (you'll also need your own Phillips screwdriver).

The desk goes up,
You can set the height you want in tiny intervals and even set different default heights. It would have been great if it were a little deeper for me, but I made it work with a monitor mount and a keyboard tray.

Good.
Very good elevating desk. It goes up and down very smoothly and silently. Was easy to assemble, But I used a drill. It's probably going to be more trouble and take a lot longer using a hand screwdriver.
