About the Author

Alicia Muñoz is a writer, counselor and couples therapist. She has written four books and has extensive qualifications in Imago Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.
Over the last two decades she has worked in private clinics, New York City's Bellevue Hospital and private practice.
