I need to supplement my iron intake, and this product is the only one that does not upsetr my stomach whatsoever. I find the Bluebonnet line of products to be of exceptionally high quality. Highly recommend.

I am a vegetarian and usually have low iron levels. I've been turned away from donating blood because my iron was measured below 12.5. This supplement increased my level to 13.5 and allow me to qualify.
