Here’s a few things you can look for when determining if two or more products can pair well together: - Nutrients in Duplicate: certain nutrients may be in multiple products, and may be in excess of your individual nutrient needs when taken together. This is particularly important when supplementing with fat-soluble nutrients (or any nutrient with a UL.) (Ex: zinc content of Ionic Zinc Liquid Drops + Nighttime Multimineral) - Antagonists: some nutrients work synergistically in the body, while other nutrients are antagonistic to others. They may be antagonistic for a variety of reasons, like by competing for uptake or interfering with absorption (Ex: non-heme iron and zinc compete for absorption.     Great results!

    Take these every morning and the drops every night. Feel soooo much better and I'm so thankful. I now use 5 MR supplements daily and will never stop. Feel better, more energy, and positive outlook! One more comment, lots of complaints about smell and taste in all reviews which I have not found to be the case.     Needed Extra Support

    I have tried various probiotics with mixed results. I was hopeful that incorporating this one would be helpful with a recent gut flare up, as I use many other Mary Ruth products, but it didn't help as well as I had hoped. I still needed additional digestive enzyme supports and the pill was large and often left an aftertaste (similar to a fish oil). After using it for a month, I am opting to try a different probiotic with different strands to see if it works better and is easier to take.

    Can't get over the smell

    I had thought maybe these gone bad. The smell was awful and they bothered my stomach. I gave them to my 22 year old son with a tough stomach to try and he had a hard time with them too. He took them consistently anyway and didn't notice a positive difference. Not sure these are worth the smell.

    Not worth the money!

    For the amount charged for these, they did nothing! They actually made what was going on worse if anything. Sucks when you spend so much money on something that doesn’t work. I bought another brand and within a couple of days felt so much better.

    I was getting this until it become out of stock. once it was back after a very long wait it doesn't seem the same to me. It doesn't seem to work like I remember and has a foul taste when the capsules hit your tongue/throat. ): This is the reason for the three stars ):

    Favorite in my routine

    These are absolutely amazing. I've never felt so good after taking supplements these really are the real deal. I tested it and taking 1 in the morning and 1 with your last meal of the day works better than taking two together. Less bloating that way I observed. Over all it helps with everything in your gut with or without eating other foods that count as pro or pre biotic help. Highly recommend!

    Love these!

    So my Dad believes all vitamins are made equal and thru my mid twenties I listened. However when I started to talk to people and did my own research I realized that is SO far from true. I've taken different probiotics over the years and never stuck with it because it never did anything or made a difference. THESE 🤌🏼 These are incredible. I have health issues and sometimes it impacts my gut and these have reversed symptoms from indigestion and w regular use they help provide me relief from the daily random "ughhhhh" that I often feel. Couldn't recommend this product enough. -I've tried a handful of the other stomach capsules and have liked -

    Amazing

    Good Product, Lousy Service

    This product works if you can ever get it. The company has been out of stock of this item since at least May, but continue to take money for your subscription. Product is always pending but is never sent, and the company always promises it will be available on a certain date, without results.

    This is an amazing product. It is out of stock right now but please bring it back. This is the only product that has ever worked for me. I purchased some other gut products from your brand but unfortunately they are not the same for me.

    I have struggled with irregular bowels, constipation, bloat, etc. for over 3 years. I thought I was dairy and gluten intolerant. I quit both and still that didn't help. I started taking this 3 in 1 complete gut health about 2 years ago. It's helped me tremendously. I stock up during sales. Buy about 4-5 bottle each time. It was out of stock for the past month or so and I ran out. For 2 weeks I was constipated, bloated, and just down. I just got a shipment in yesterday. Took it before bed and was able to have a regular day today. It truly does work. I have learned to take it with me when traveling or any overnight activities.

    Terrible smell/taste

    I personally can’t get over the smell and taste. I have a hard time making sure I take these every day consistently so I don’t know how well they work. I will be switching back to the liquid version.

    The benefits outweigh the STINK!

    Tried over a dozen other probiotics, etc.. This is the only one that contains all 3! The stink, smell is horrible. ( laughable in our house) .. keeping in fridge helps… 5 star for results!!
