This cream is a life saver. Especially with mood swings. I use it at night. Been using it for over a year and I cannot live without it for my sanity. The only con is that it doesn’t absorb well- too creamy so I must spread it over an entire arm or leg. Wish it absorbed better and quicker. But it helps me. I’m 53 almost, and now I’m in menopause. This gives me some sanity. It may help in other areas.
