[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stuff. I've never used a great deal of sriracha. But when I tried this one, I found it to be superior condiment with many uses! I use it on egg based breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, and my favorite use - inside homemade enchiladas. I also will add a little to sushi. I enjoy it with chicken wings. I usually put some on fried rice as well. And I can continue to find additional uses. It is such a versatile product. I have tried a few of your products, but this is the one that stood out for me personally. That said, I found the others to be delicious and of high quality! I would recommend trying any of them and find your favorite.

I eat a lot of quesadillas and this has become my go to hot sauce for them. Spicy, excellent flavor with just a touch of vinegar and sugar.

I don't like sriracha, but when I had a chance to try Yellowbird's I accepted ... and my life was changed. This is a perfect entry level hot sauce because it's the perfect mix of a little spice and delicious sweetness with a wonderful aftertaste. You will be reaching for more! Even kids like it. I just recently discovered in that journey that a lot of the Sriracha sauces at the local grocery store are usually full of gums and other ingredients that are not gut friendly. I did some research and stumbled across Yellowbird! Yellowbird is not only gut friendly but it’s also delicious! It has minimal, recognizable, and trusted ingredients! I will probably be a life long customer! My husband also loves all the different variety of flavors! 😉

We are grateful to that the quality of this sriracha hasn't changed, despite radical rebranding. We loved the beautiful original packaging and were worried when the logo and packaging changed...but alas, the sriracha is still delightful and continues to be a staple in our household.

I’m not a big sriracha girly, and it is very rare that I ever leave reviews for items. However, I am genuinely obsessed with this sriracha. I saw it a few times in the grocery store and was intrigued by the packaging but never got it. I finally caved and got it because why not and it is currently my favorite hot sauce to use on top of literally everything. My eggs, avocado toast, I am currently eating a bowl of pasta and I put it right on top and it’s still bomb. So therefore I had to write this review because even putting it on pasta it is amazing. I highly recommend.

Mexican, breakfast, sandwiches. I’m not a super spicy kind of guy, so this is a perfect combo of sweet and spicy. And the spice is tasty, not just hot. Definitely recommended.

It has so much more flavor than other sauces I’ve tried and I keep coming back. Other Srirachas can step aside, this hot sauce could be the maid of honor in my wedding, I just love it so much!
