Spicy and Flavorful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed trying this product, which is something I typically wouldn't have purchased. It was spicy like regular Siracha, but with a slightly different flavor. I noticed that the spice built up after consuming it and it lingered for longer. I used this preparing a new-to-me Asian noodle recipe, and really enjoyed it. Would not be an everyday condiment, but a nice compliment to some existing dishes. Would purchase again.

Spicy with a hint of sweetness and tang
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The green Sriracha was very interesting and was spicy like the red type. It had some sweetness and tang to it too. I still enjoyed in my dishes and it added some great flavor and heat to them. This can be an alternative to the red when I get bored of it.

It is very much like salsa verde with jalapeños, cilantro, and tomatillo. It is good on a variety of foods, but especially good with Mexican foods.

I think the packaging is great (love the dragon) and the color and consistency is appetizing. I wish it were just cilantro flavored without the jalapeno, then I would surely enjoy it, but as it is, I'm just not a person who uses hot sauce or hot peppers.

Works for dipping, cooking, or as a base sauce to work with. For people that like spice but not too hot, this would be perfect! It's a mild alternative to the red Sriracha sauce I think. Strong emphasis on the tomatillos and jalapeno makes for a great combination.
