Genuine Samsung Galaxy Note 10 / Note 10 S Pen/Stylus Replacement, Black

i was walking through my house with my phone in my hand and it accidentally slipped out of my hand. however, i noticed it slipping and i intercepted it with my knee to cushion the fall. so instead of falling 4-5 feet from my hand, it fell 2-3 feet off of my knee. the phone was completely fine despite hitting the hardwood floor. however, as i went to retrieve my phone i noticed the lower half of the stylus broken on the floor. i pick up my phone and shake the upper half out of the phone. i was extremely disappointed and left confused as to what the heck just happened. why did my stylus snap in half so easily inside of a case-protected phone despite the minimal impact? it's never broken before when i dropped my phone. why now? i love the stylus, but samsung needs to make them more durable.

lost the s-pen that originally came with my note 10+ 5g, bought this replacement thinking it will work the same. thought everything connected properly but it doesn't write when using the samsung note app or when i try using the pen to write memos. tried every suggestion to reconnect but still doesn't write. my recommendation is try not losing your original pen.

i love the pen since i have finger joint pain (disease). the main reason i buy this phone... and not an iphone is the pen. however, these break too easily for someone like myself who does some manual labor and uses the phone an absurd amount. make the pen stronger and secure. it could fit and charge in a phone case and that could work. or put a more accessible way to get the pen out if it malfunctions. if they ditch the note series (pen phones) i think they will lose some customers to apple. samsung is making phones pen friendly and that leaves the door open to a creative 3rd party manufacturer to build a case with pen holder and maybe even a bionic pen. "build back better."

i use this open often but still cannot understand why the button is in such an awkward spot so far up the shaft. it is virtually unusable. maybe i'm not getting it but just seems like poor design. otherwise the pen works fine.

i still have the original s pen that came with my note 10+ and have never had any issues whatsoever. i have dropped my device accidentally from varying heights with the farthest being 5.5 feet and the s pen unlocks from its holder but has never completely fallen out or broken. this is one of the strongest designs i have seen with the s pen and note phone itself. no problems at all and i spend my days working outside in all weather conditions and at varying heights when i am required to climb ladders and it bumps on the rungs of the ladder.

this is my fourth note over the years. the pen is never a buying point for me. i try to use and it and it just makes me want to smash the stupid thing. it never works correctly. very frustrating.

i misplaced the original pen, my fault. needless to say, once i ordered and received the replacement i found the missing one. never have a problem with the pen falling out on its own and i use it constantly.

i use my pen daily. write notes to myself, do my accounting with it and several other things. i find my pen to be invaluable. somehow i lost the original pen and had to order a replacement. it arrived in a timely manner and just a good as the original.

i thought i was the only one that had a problem with the s-pen from my galaxy s-note phone. the darn phone is quite expensive to have their s-pen come off easily and getting lost. the darn thing kept falling off the phone until this week it fell off without my notice and i lost it. why do i have to pay for a pen that cannot stay secured in such an expensive phone as this? at least the company should replace it for free. i am not happy with this!!!!

the design of this sucks honestly what's the point of having a pen that always falls out

my pen always falls out and i thought it was just me. when i logged into samsung to notice that many others have had the same issue. the purpose of the pen is to be able to use it, yet when in falls out all the time. this last time it fell out and the dog ate it. i have been a note user for years. love them, but this pen on the note 10+ is stupid!!!

i love the note but what i don't love is the s pen that comes with it. if you bump your phone that sucker will dislodge and end up somewhere on the floor. it's not secure at all. i have to double-check that it has latched on everytime i inserted back in it's doc. most of the time it'll stay in but there's been one too many times where i've had to double click it again to get it to stay. if i don't catch it fast enough the pain will come out without me noticing. i dropped my phone and the pen came out and broke in half.

my note 10+ pen fell out of my phone a few weeks after buying it. i am very upset because the only reason i upgraded was to get the pen. im very disappointed. i have been looking everywhere to replace it. no one had them. glad to see they are here now. there should be a discount for this.

i love the s pen but agree with everyone that it falls out way too easily. i purchased the star wars phone and don't see any red replacement pens for it ;-(

i think it is design flaw because it is too loose and whenever i drop my phone the pen is always come out from its place. at the end it was broken from its middle on my last phone drop. when i saw that all others already have the same problem, it is disappointed for me.

i'm looking at having to buy an s pen now because it came outta my phone in my pocket somehow and fell out somewhere. i've not even used the s pen yet but saw the notification when i pulled my phone out of my pocket. it should at least have a tracking beacon if its gonna be weaker on staying in its slot. my note 8 never had this problem. if this happens a 2nd time...after i tell samsung what happened and a new pen isn't offered..i'll be rethinking my next phone purchase.

i've been quite satisfied with the s pen. it makes my handwriting amazing and i like having the shortcut that opens a certain app any time i press the pen's button twice. great for productivity. sadly, the tip has already worn off quite a bit after just weeks of having the phone. when it comes to air functions, there aren't many apps you can use them in. you also have to be quite aggressive with swiping up or down in the air in order to scroll the web like they do in commercials. i haven't experienced the same problem as others have where the pen would've fallen easily. overall, the main function of handwriting is phenomenal, but when it comes to quality, customization (functions with different apps) and sensitivity (air functions), there is room for improvement.

I've had my cell for a few months and some how my pen fell out and got lost..from what I read it seems to be a flaw within the cell..it something that customers shouldn't have to pay for to replace. Smh!!!!
