this rug looks exactly as pictured. The only minor issue we are experiencing is because the rug was so tightly packed, it will take some time to flatten out. My daughter LOVES the colors, shipping was swift and the rugs.com customer service department was super responsive and helpful.

I purchased this for the small dining area. It is great quality, carpet is soft and thick. Colors are true to the picture on the website. It takes about 2 weeks for it to get totally flat after unrolling it. I love it!!

I purchased a rug about 1 month ago and it came sooner than expected!! It was beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately, it didn't work with my decor like I thought it would. I returned it and was refunded promptly! Will definitely purchase another one!

Bought two of these to replace some lovely but “over the hill” wool runners. We wanted easy care as well as protection for our wood floors in front of our sink and oven. They are soft underfoot, and the colors should disguise food spills. Can’t address how easy they are to clean bu we have high hopes based on other rugs we’ve had made from this fiber.
