Great for Healing

Have only had it a few days but we are already noticing between the two of us reduced inflammation, improved circulation, healing of nerves and increased range of motion in a back that went out. It is so relaxing!

I noticed a difference in three days!

I use the mat twice a day. After the third day I noticed a decrease in my pain level during the night. What a relief!!! Being consistant is very important when you're getting started and absolutely worth it. I layed the mat under my back, wrapped it up around my arms and onto my chest to help with the issues I was having in those areas. Bonus: It improved my skin texture, I noticed that at about 3-4 weeks.

Perfect for muscle recovery

I use this once a week or after my most intense workout of the week to help with soreness and relaxing my muscles. I feel unstiff after using. I love the adjustment of brightness, type of light, duration and frequency to tailor my comfort. Im about 5’5” and it reaches from my shoulders to feet which is nice. Its very versatile and you can fold it to get full coverage on half your body front to back.

Help for Health

Alleva Body Fit Red Light mat

My husband and I are enjoying this warm mat. I’ve used it several times and there are aches that are lessening. I lay on my back and then a few minutes on each side. The mat is well made and easy to use. I’m thrilled with the carrying case, too—now I can take it on road trips with us. The only improvement we can see would be loops on the end so it could be hung—then a person could sit or stand in front of it. Also, we’re wondering what the zipper on the side is for?
