Works really well.👍 Kind of wish the battery life was a little longer, but a bigger battery just means more weight. I was able to vacuum 90% of a 3600 square foot house. Easy to clean after using and the price was right, so I'm satisfied whit the product.

I’ve only had this 5 days so I’m not sure about it. It runs down very quickly. It top heavy and won’t stand on its own. Have to fold it over, searching for buttons is a pain. It bounces on carpet, like gets stuck on the pile.

This was a replacement vacuum for a previous similar vacuum that quit working. I love how it works very effectively on carpet and also tile floors. It also doesnt trap hair in the rotating floor brush, but rather the hair ends up in the holding canister where you want it. The dust canister and filters are so easy to wash.

Bought this a year ago. I hate it. The little plastic window in the canister that collects debris and you CANNOT empty it. I was told this is "normal". Also when you lift the vacuum off the stand you have to click the trap door closed, but sometimes there's debris all over it as well and it doesn't close. The debris is supposed to get all sucked into the bin but it doesn't always. Also only one attachment. By the time I realized I couldn't empty the little window, I was past the return. Save yourself your sanity and just buy a Miele.

I love Shark because they make amazing quality products for a great price and last really long . This is such a good vacuum. It has a pretty long battery life and actually gets the dust and any dirt rather than just moving it around or running over it like some vacuums .

Cool function with the dirt detection but I always end up having it on the highest suction for normal everyday dirt and pet hair. Does not clean all the hair on carpets and just moves it around. Only had it about a year and the self cleaning is hit and miss for working and now the beater bar is doing weird stuff and stays on even when the vacuum is off.

I really thought long and hard about the purchase of a battery powered vacuum cleaner. The prices are high, it is cheaper to purchase a corded vacuum. I love this vacuum cleaner, Shark Vertex Pro 1Z662H!:) We have mostly hardwood floor and in the second speed it picks up everything we have thrown at it. Not having a cord makes it sooooo convenient, we actually use it much more, even for small jobs. I have also used it for large floor mats in the low carpet mode and it does a great job. We have not used the handheld option yet but I can't wait to use it on our bed with the pet tool.

I love the compact folding design of this vacuum, however, I have needed to replace the flex wand two times now. I replaced the wand 2/3 months ago and have been babying it ever since. Yesterday, the wand broke again when my son tried to grab it for me. I do not recommend this vacuum and plan to go back to a Dyson as I refuse to pay for this part for a third time now!

I like the items that I received. I like the cordless feature and that it is lighter weight than my current shark. Easier for me to handle. Seems to have good suction. However I DID NOT RECEIVE the pet multi-tool or the anti allergen dusting brush. The only accessory I received was the crevice tool.

This company stands by their products and their warranty! This is the only company I will buy my vacuum from. Battery runs good and is super strong at picking up stuff. I didn’t receive all the attachments it was supposed to come with but it’s ok because I had some from my old vacuum.

This is my 4th Shark Vacuume. I bought this on prime day so the price wasn’t bad. I’m mad because all the pictures and descriptions show all the attachments this comes with. Beware, only the crevice tool is in the box. Very deceptive advertising. I too am worried about the bend as it looks very flimsy.

I own three vacuums and this is the one I use most often. I love how light weight it is because it doesn't hurt my wrists to use while working just as good as my corded vacuum . The charger doubles as a stand so it can be stored and charged at the same time. I've had it for years and it's running strong continuing to pick up any dust or dirt in its path .

I had high expectations for this vacuum because of the price. Unfortunately it lacks in a few areas. 1) pet hair can easily cause the roller to stop rolling even though it's not caught 2) pet hair and dirt clogs the vacuum and you have to empty the canister often (it's too small) 3) when you pull back towards yourself while vacuuming, it locks into it's stand up position so when you roll it away from you it's no longer actually on the floor anymore - it's in a right angle position. This to me is very very very annoying. It happens so much that I will likely try to sell it. I don't have time to keep pressing the vacuuming part with my foot to correct it. Sometimes I've swiped the floor .ore than once without noticing. Urgh!!!! 4) the power runs out very very fast. I cannot do my entire area I used to do with a lesser of a Shark cordless model. 5) you have to clean the big canister out a lot, it's also not very big. My robot vacuum has an auto suction canister as well but it compacts it so it holds a lot more. Overall definitely not worth the money and I will likely sell it.
