Richard Milligan has been in Christian service for nearly 40 years, serving in every position from Trustee to Evangelist and Pastor. Richard has served and worked closely in worldwide ministries such as Benny Hinn Ministries, Morris Cerullo World Evangelism, Gerald Derstine Gospel Crusade and many others. Richard has developed and initiated the well-known Video Schools of Ministry for Gerald Derstine and Morris Cerullo. He has traveled to most every major continent in the world many times over experiencing first hand missionary needs and assisted in the construction of many churches at home and on foreign soil. His life and ministry has been surrounded with great miracles of healing and many other supernatural manifestations of God intervening in our lives.
