This is a quality product. The only drawback was the assembly. Directions were difficult to follow. Diagram of parts had small print and light ink. Difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Since the diagram was so difficult to read, we weren't always sure what part they were referring to in the directions.

I bought this fixture for above my kitchen table and it looks lovely. I am very satisfied with my decision to go with the Minka Lavery brand. When I got the fixture in the mail, the shade had small dent in it. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new shade right away, no questions asked. Very good customer service also.

I bought this along with three other matching fixtures and we just love them. The price was much lower than the local lighting store. I had an issue with one of the lights but they sent me a replacement within a week.
