So great for SEL
I love these posters. I refer to them regularly as especially in my SEL lessons. The kids like having a place to decompress when the day is a little bit too much for them to handle. It gives them a chance to recenter before come back to join the class in learning whatever is being taught whole class.

Just What We Needed
My daughter has an anxiety disorder, ocd, and spd. We are working on self-calming techniques, so this set has really helped out. I can take her and remind her and then sometimes she'll look herself and remind herself of what to do! Great concept and product!

Great Resource
These Calming Strategies are a great resource to have in a classroom or at home. I used these with my first graders and they have really helped me explain strategies and helped them understand and remember the strategies. I love that they are colorful and simple to understand. I have place some near our classroom rules and others in our calm down corner. I participate in the Brand Ambassador Program for Carson-Dellosa and have received this product for free to review.

Fantastic Set of Posters for Teaching Younger Ages How to Deal With Various Emotions
What a fantastic set of poster boards that really help teach (and remind) children of various ways to deal with certain negative feelings and moods. I especially appreciate that they are set up in an easy to understand manner that is very appropriate for younger grades. The designs are also really nice–they're eye-catching and suitable for young children. The inclusion of a "Think Before You Speak" poster is a nice bonus, because it focuses a bit on manners. There is also a chart labeled "My Moods," which helps break down various negative emotions, showing what children may feel like doing, but then it offers plenty of tips on what they can actually do instead, in order to handle the situation in a more positive fashion.

Keep Calm and Teach On
This Calming Strategies set is exactly what I was looking for to help my first graders. The colors are colorful yet soothing. The strategies are simple, especially for students who are already upset. I have a quiet-ish area in mind to use this amazing set. Thank you Carson Dellosa for once again knowing exactly what I need!
