I purchased a number of different types of “pasta” - angel hair, spaghetti and lasagna. For someone who is looking to reduce carbs in their diet, this is really a good alternative. You can definitely tell the difference but it still is flavorful.

GREAT NOODLES
I have tried other brands but these are by far the best. Others are packed in water that smells like seaweed and require rinsing. I just opened the package, added sauce and had dinner ready. The consistency was very much like pasta. Looking forward to trying the "potatoes" and rice versions.

SO GOOD!
I am diabetic so really have to watch my carbs, but miss pasta! The spaghetti and angel hair are delicious with a variety of sauces and veggies and truer to a pasta texture/taste than a lot of the alternative brown rice etc pastas, which are still very carb heavy. Was so excited to have found your product!

These heart of palm rices and pastas are wonderful! They taste great and are really helping me get over the stall that happened in my weight loss journey from the holidays starting in November til January. The scale has finally started moving down again since I am no longer eating rice or spaghetti when I cook for my family. They get theirs and I get mine and I am no longer tempted. Thank you so much!
