Sizing not consistent with prior purchase

I ordered a size up from the current dudes my grandson was wearing and they were too big. I exchanged it for the same size and they were too small. Held both side by side and these were 1/4 inch smaller in length, so sizing was off. Sadly disappointed as I really liked the look of them, now I have to return for a 2nd time, this time asking for refund.

Poor quality

These are cute shoes, but the material started scuffing/coming off around a toes after the first wear! We have a two year old, so I understand shoes will get messed up, but for the price I expected they would be a little more durable.

Awful experience

I purchased these in a dark brown from my local rack room shoes for my toddler. Within one week of wearing them and far within the window of less than 60 days since my purchase date, there were awful wear marks on the tops of both shoes where it completely wore off the fake leather. I reached out to customer service, which continued relaying me to the FAQ form for their warranty policy. Rack room will not accept a return for damaged shoes and refer you to hey dudes warranty policy system. So essentially, they will give you the run around and not provide you with a warranty. I will never, ever purchase from this company again. Poor quality, and poor customer service. It's so unfortunate!
