Arrived in good shape. Packaging was excellent. Two people putting the crib together made the project much easier The crib is solid when finished . The stain /finish is delicate and we put a few surface scratches. In two areas. Not too noticeable Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Great product, awful instructions
I adore this crib, it is so cute and feels extremely sturdy. My main complaint is that it was very frustrating to put together. The instructions were a mess, with barely helpful pictures and no written descriptions. We also had a malfunction with one of the knuts we were supposed to screw into, and it ended up completely shredded by the time we realized what was happening. Thankfully that was the only real issue, and it's in a part of the crib that isn't going to make it insecure. I was able to put in a request for the part, which'll hopefully be arriving soon. Baby isn't here for another four months so we aren't in a hurry, but I can definitely see it being frustrating if we'd waited until closer to the due date to put it together. Other than that though, this crib is exactly what I was hoping for and I can't wait until baby gets to start using it!

The piece is defective
One piece is broken, quality is very bad. Also the color came out to be darker than what I ordered. Very very disappointing! I am trying to put the photo but the size issue is coming. The wood is chipped from several places!

Frustrating Assembly
Very pretty design but difficult to assemble. Some of the 3” screws have to be screwed in at a 45 degree angle which is nearly impossible even with assistance in holding the pieces up and together at just the right angle. Frustrating but pretty once it’s all put together.

Useless purchase
I bought this for my first child. But I barely used this and found this useless. First off, even put the infant mattress at the highest notch it's still too low and my husband and I are just average height but we still have trouble putting an asleep baby on it without waking up the baby. After 6 months the baby started to roll and this crib is still way too small and the baby easily wake up by hitting the rails every time it tried to change sleep position. So, it's been sitting there. My suggestion: if you have enough space, buy your baby a queen size firm bed and install bed fences, period. The whole crib business is a scam. If you want to convert it to a full bed you will have to buy 99 dollars of rails.

seems good but extra assembly required
Looks good but had to drill some of the prefab holes to allow the provided screws to fit. If you aren't comfortable with the possibility of having to drill holes don't buy this. Otherwise, I give 4.5 stars.

paint comes off
Even though my granddaughter is teething (just two teeth on bottom) the paint on the crib should not come off so easily. Every morning we wake up to her having paint/varnish all over her mouth. Companies should know that they babies are going to do a little gnawing on the rails, so there should be extra protection. Not real happy with the crib.
