    Zipper failed quickly

    The zipper that separates the inside snapped on my second or third use. The outer zippergood three times, and I've only had the suitcase for less than a year. It's fine if you don't fill it up, but it won't last long.

    Love this luggage!

    This is a well-designed carry-on. It's expandable but doesn't have a lock. Comes in 4 colors, I bought black. Ended up returning it because I found a similar one from Samsonite with a 10-year warranty.

    The luggage was supposed to be scratch-proof, but mine arrived with a big scratch. For the price, that's disappointing. It's not as tough as my carry-on. Wouldn't recommend.

    Can't recommend this product. My first one lasted less than a year, and after 3 years, the replacement had telescoping issues. After 4. 5 years, the plastic handlegood completely. Had to throw it away.

    Falls apart too easily

    A corner of the case cracked on the first flight. It doesn't roll well with three wheels, unless you lift it up. Probably fine for car trips, but it won't survive airline baggage handling.
