However, recently, I decided to give Beta-Alanine Capsules a try, and I must say, I've noticed a significant difference in my performance. Especially in the beginning. Do you know how you feel when you start back up after leg day? This isn't easy for a woman because we have to sit down to pee. It's more like a fall in some instances because the lactic acid buildup is really high. It all depends on how hard you work your muscle since the lactic acid is a byproduct of the muscle breaking down. That is how it gets bigger and stronger. You have to break it to build it back up again. Beta-Alanine 750 MG has a cellulose capsule, which I appreciate because it comes from a plant. Many other companies will use a cow capsule, which tastes gross. Also, NowSports uses GMP, going above and beyond to ensure their products are high quality. I've been trying these for a little while now and I do notice a difference when I take them vs when I don't. I will say, like a lot of pre-workouts that have beta alanine, if you don't start moving you will feel that pins and needles effect. It's completely normal but I recommend you take these just before you're ready for your workout to reduce or prevent that feeling.
