Capsules are too large
These capsules are almost too large to swallow...slightly longer than one each long. I'm sure there must be numerous customers who can't swallow them. You should put the contents of three capsules (one serving) into four or five capsules so they are easier to swallow. I may try to cut them in half, but I suspect that will be difficult and messy, or perhaps not possible without some special tool. I haven't taken them long enough to tell if the product works for me.

No waking up at night to pee!
I stopped taking Rx due to side affects. Was peeing 3-4 times a night. After starting Prostate Health I sleep through the night at least 6 nights a week!!

Be careful when ordering in summer
In the mailbox, the pills got hot and stuck together and were impossible to get out of the bottle. I put the bottle in the fridge to cool it down, but the next day I still had to cut open the bottle with a hacksaw to get the solid mass of pills out. Then I had to break off, with significant strength and difficulty, each pill and put it in another bottle, one-by-one until the mass of pills could be saved. A few were broken open in the process, because un-sticking them from each other was very difficult. I can send a photo if that would be helpful. I have only taken about 1/3 of the pills but have seen no changers in the behavior of my prostate. If by the end of the bottle, I have noticed any changes, i will update my review.

It has only been a month since I started taking this. I do see some improvement in the amount of times I need to get up at night, but I've been told by friends it's usually 6 to 8 weeks before you see a substantial difference.

JUST PLAIN AWFUL (and didn't work!)
It was TERRIBLE! HUGE, disgusting gel-like horse-pill, nearly IMPOSSIBLE to swallow, upset stomach, and then DIDN'T help symptoms! I RETURNED IT!!! These folks need to do some SERIOUS product development!

Good ingredients compared to other formulas
Can't say it's a cure, but I think it definitely helps and some nights I can even sleep 7 or 8 hours. Having used other formulas, and compared this one to others, it seems to have a good mix of quality ingredients in better quantities. It recommends 3 times daily, but twice seems about the same for me as far as results. I do increase to 3 at times if I feel the need. Wish the soft gels were not quite as big, but then there would be fewer mg's of ingredients in each serving. Overall satisfied and would recommend.
