My wife has had one of these for about three years and it is the only folding chair I have ever purchased that has survived for years without a single issue. No tears, no plastic pieces broken and no seams breaking. That plus the fact that the rocking set up works on ANY surface and it is insanely comfortable is what convinced me to break down and buy a second one. It’s not cheap, but it’s not cheaply made, it lasts and it’s the most awesome chair I’ve ever sat in while camping.

I kept seeing everyone at the ball games with these rocking lawn chairs and decided I wanted one too. I'm a grandma and my arm strength is weak so opening/closing the chair is some what difficult for me, thats why I only gave it 4 stars on easy to fold....If you are young and strong you won't have any issues. However, the chair is very well made, excellent quality, and soooooo comfortable.

Nice quality rocker. It's held up well every time I've sat in it with no issues. Rocking is smooth. Very wide seat, plenty of room for an average sized person. Seems like good quality materials that it's made of.

My shop has way too much stuff in it to be comfortable with large furniture. But when I'm finished using the big tools, I love to sit and think some on the progress. This works out great for rocking and thinking. Along with when time to get back to it, I can just fold away and save some space.

Haven’t used it camping yet. Bought two and plan to use one in my motor home as a rocking chair to watch TV. We tried one out at Spotsmans Warehouse and I said this is just what I need. My niece has a rocker lawn chair, but it has the traditional rocker and rocks keep it from being smooth. This is just the ticket. Not sure how good the cup holder will be, but that’s ok.

Got this chair for my construction worker husband for his birthday. He keeps it in his truck and uses at lunch time. A nice improvement as he used to just flip over a bucket and sit on that.

I ordered this to take to my grandchildren's soccer games. I love the rocking feature and it so easily folds in half. It has a nice carrying handle and even though it is not as lightweight as my other folding chairs, it is easy to carry. It is a very well made chair and I expect to get many years of use out of it. The cup holder on one side is also a nice plus.

I have wanted one of these chairs for quite some time. I bought one for myself and 2 for my parents. We are all pleased with them. They have a wider seat, so comfortable for us overweight people. It rocks smoothly and yet is stable enough for my mother, who has back issues, to stand up with ease (a key consideration when purchasing this chair). To be fair, I had tried one out in a store several years ago, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I bought it here because it was slightly less expensive than buying from other places without sacrificing quality.

We bought two of our own after using my parent's set of these chairs. They are awesome! They're comfortable to sit in although I do wish the backs were a bit taller, but that's because I'm 5'10" and my husband is 6' 5". I also wish the cup holder had some sort of rigidity to it to make it a bit easier to put beverages in it - we would recommend not putting anything but a can or water bottle in them - but given the quality of the chair and how enjoyable it is to sit and rock in these, I can overlook the other things I mentioned. Overall, we would totally recommend these chairs!

I bought these chairs for my parents for Christmas. We spend hours watching little league every year and these have been perfect. They are not to heavy, large, or bulky. My parents can easily get them in and out of their trunk. They are very comfortable to sit in. They are not to large for short legs, and we love the rocking option. Great product.

This chair is well made. Comfortable! I purchased it to set in the yard and I did not want a dogs tail or foot to get rocked on. It is good for that. One think to note is the fabric on the seat itself holds water. So if it is left out in the rain, you will have a water where you set. I have learned to just tip it over on its side when I go in at night.

They worked. These GCI Outdoor chairs WORK. Very comfy, not too heavy to fold and store. Be sure to oil the hinge or it will squeak. Lots of RVers are using these.

Sturdy chair. Rocks very nice. Back is straighter which we like so we don’t feel like I’m a rappers and strainer our necks. Nice cup holder. Folding up is easy...easier with two people but still not bad. It’s pretty light and has handles in two places to carry it either long or short ways.

The only negative is that it's a bit tall for me, but I'm only 5' tall. However, I can still manage to rock in it, it's very easy to maneuver, easy to fold and unfold, easy to lift and carry. Back is straight up but it's still quite comfortable. And the small fabric cup holder is just fine

This is such a comfortable chair for me. I keep it in my camper for sitting out in. I have severe back problems and when I sit, I have to move constantly. The way this chair rocks is perfect for that. I can sit literally for a couple hours and not have to get up and move just by being able to rock the way this chair does. When I find another one on sale again, I will purchase a second one.

This is a great chair. I bought if for my wife who has hip problems and she loves it. Well made and nice and wide. Fits in the back of the Jeep. I do wish it folded down to a smaller package, but with the rocker it can't. We use it camping and just hanging out in the yard. My wife loved it so much she ordered two more for her parents.

This chair is so great. It's comfy. It's relaxing. It's sturdy. I never feel like I'm going to rock over backward. Compared to other cheaper brands, it's definitely worth the money. It does squeak a lot if I don't oil it up, however it might help if I actually get some WD40 instead of using bug spray or cooking spray(whatever is around me at the time while camping lol) but I don't mind. It goes away after oiling! It's lightweight, it's easy to fold up, easy to carry.

I’m a bigger guy (6’2 and 250lbs). This rocker is solid. The best part is the design. The chair stays flat on the ground while you rock—if you took a regular rocker out on a dock it would make a racket( rhump rhump, rocking across boards). These are silent. Beautiful in every way. Highly recommend.

I am a big fan of this chair. It is comfortable, the rocking motion is smooth, and the cup holder on the leg is very convenient! It has a very sturdy build that I have not seen in too many other chairs of this style. When it is collapsed, it is easy to carry thanks to the built-in handle on the side of the seat. As for weight capacity, I can vouch that it is capable of holding at least 300lbs, so keep that in mind!

Bought this for my husband after I had bought one for myself. Absolutely love this chair! I have a hard time sitting still so it's great that I can rock back and forth while sitting! Very comfortable to sit in for hours on end. The cup holder is a little flimsy as it's made out of fabric. Works fine for bottles of water or pop. These chairs have been a hit with our friends and family! I have been recommending to everyone to buy this chair!
