Excited to use vibration platform

New but hopeful

Day one I wasn’t sure if I liked it. Day two was better. I can feel the tiny muscles in my hips working hard. I’m hopeful I will grow to enjoy the benefits.

Unboxed & so excited

I just got my new vibration plate. I use mine every day for at least an hour. I love having one and am so excited to try this bigger, heavier, & more involved plate for more workout & relaxation options.

My Honest 4D Vibration Plate Review”

I finally tried a 4D vibration plate and I was honestly surprised. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and gives a quick low-impact workout when I don’t feel like doing something intense. I like using it to wake up my muscles or wind down at the end of the day.
