The best place to see if a specific item has the "no nitrate" claim is the right-hand side on the front of the packaging. (typically the 3rd carousel slot on Target.com). All turkey and ham SKUs should be safe; the only items that may contain nitrate/chemicals are Oscar Mayer bologna, fully-cooked chicken strips & roast beef. The Oscar Mayer "Natural" line is all safe as well, including the roast beef variant. Hope this helps!
