    Tine width=No “Stand;” Fill from the Sides! Hmmm?

    I was trying to serve these the other night and found that the product has been reduced to a smaller width at the bottom to the extent that I couldn’t fit my little finger into the shell. This severely limits its usefulness for a real taco! On two of the five, the top folded over to meet in the middle, prohibiting the introduction of ingredients in the normal fashion, and requiring us to stuff each like filling an Italian pastry. Three of the five just fell apart under these circumstances. Not at all happy with this new-to-me issue. Warmed in the same fashion as earlier in a good countertop oven.

    It stands by itself, yes!

    True it stands up by itself to let you load filling with one hand. BUT the shell tastes like a musty old handbag! Bleckk! And it is very crumbly messy to eat, even with two hands, plastic gloves and a bib!

    Better packaging needed when shipping

    If the store knows certain items are highly at risk for damage when shipping, either dont offer shipping or make sure its secure. I pulled the taco shells out the shipping box and notice the box itself was smashed, which made me take the actual taco shells out its own box and sure enough 60% of the shells are broken from what i can shake and see. if it wanted to make taco salad I wouldn't have ordered these. Speaks volumes on the competency of the employee who packaged them and thought it was an ok idea to throw heavy items on top of it without any precaution.

    Disappointed

    We have loved these shells since they came out until recently. The shells are so closed at the top you can’t even fit the meat and toppings in it without breaking the shell or the shells come broken the quality definitely has gone down hill.
