Gristle in EVERY bite - nasty!
Disgustingly gristly. You can't take a single bite without having to spit out multiple hard, gristly pieces that you can't chew through. Also had tiny bone fragments in some bites. Very poor quality meat processing. Don't waste your money.

what is this because it's not meat!!!!
In Florida kids left it outside, must have fallen out of the bag in under the edge of the bench that has a tote blocking The view. I just found it June 29th 2026. package saysis January 22nd 2026. it's still red. there's no blood in it. there's no bugs in it. on a side note, we have raccoons possums, cats, dogs, coyotes and bears and vultures and none of them have touched it.

Horrible quality! We bought two because it was a good price. Made hamburger patties for three people and froze the rest. The fresh patties took much longer than usual to cook on the grill and didn’t cook down like ground beef normally does. The frozen patties were thawed in the morning and were still rock hard at night. And cooked up horribly to boot! Feels like something else might be in the ground beef besides …ground beef. What was a good deal now isn’t because I decided to throw the other patties I made and froze in the trash.

I stopped buying this meat because every time I open a package it smelled like it had already gone bad even if I had DAYS before the sell by date. This seemed to start happening this past year because it was never an issue previously. Get it together target, check your beef products and who/what is packaging it. I don't buy beef from target anymore.

Why give expired meat?!
The second I opened the tray there was a very stink stench. Turns out the meat expired 2 WEEKS prior!! Amazing how it retained its perfectly red color despite being way past expiration! Looks aren’t everything. Not buying this radioactive meat again. Next time please give me non-expired items only, thank you.

High quality meat. I actually bought this because I was in a pinch for time, and I was able to do a pickup of this and other non grocery items I needed at target. we will probably buy this in the future instead of going to our grocery store/meat shop because we like this a little better. The price is very competitive, and it's nice to be able to pick this up when I'm getting other things at target. saves me another trip
