Alcohol fine, but bottle is not
The biggest problem with this item is the lid. If the container is put on its side, even with the lid closed, (and I've triple-checked), alcohol still leaks everywhere. This brand is the only time I've had a problem with a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, so I don't think I'll be getting it from Target again.

Only 70%?
The product seems watered down. It doesn't have the hallmarks of 91% IPA because: 1.) It doesn't sting badly. 2.) It doesn't evaporate nigh instantly. It evaporates as slowly as the 70% IPAs I often use.

Delayed order with no update from Target or FedEx. Can't even email Target to tell them that I haven't received the product.
This spin order has been on a delayed delivery status since July 23rd. I've received no updates and I can't process the return because I can only return it in the store but I can't return it cuz I haven't received it. And I can't get a hold of anybody at Target to take care of this for me. So I would really appreciate somebody to email me about this or call me. Thank you.
