Band-Aid Brand Pain Relieving Antiseptic Cleansing Spray helps clean and relieve the pain of minor cuts, burns, and scrapes. Formulated with the topical analgesic pramoxine HCl, this pain relieving antiseptic spray helps alleviate the pain and discomfort of minor wounds. The no-sting spray also contains benzalkonium Cl, a first-aid antiseptic, to kill 99.99%* of germs and help prevent infection. The perfect addition to any at-home or office first aid kit along with other essential wound care supplies, the first aid antiseptic spray is safe and effective for wound care on adults and kids ages 2 and older. Only wound cleaner I use on my kids!

I’m not sure what testing they’ve done to decide it doesn’t sting because it absolutely does. Not sure of the effectiveness either, but my scraps and cuts haven’t gotten infected, so I’ll say that’s a win.

Pain reliever in it!
This is super effective. I used it when I was taking care of my ear piercing. The packaging is great. It has no scent which is nice. You get a good amount for the value and it’s versatile. You can use it for all types of wounds piercings, and it does help with pain too. It has a pain reliever in it. That’s all natural.

It most definitely does sting
I wore a pair of shoes without socks and developed large blisters on my ankle that burned quite a bit. I sprayed some of this on and before I say this: I've given birth 3 times, I've dealt with ovarian cysts etc so I'm no stranger to pain. When I tell you it made my eyes water after application,I'm not lying. It felt like pouring rubbing alcohol in an open wound. I would probably not buy this particular product again. However, I really enjoy the Band-Aid liquid with lidocaine. That product deserves 5 stars! This didn't offer much pain relief and initial application stung like an S.O.B. Maybe I just had a bad reaction. From now on I'll stick with the lidocaine product.

I love band aid brand, to me they are the standard, buying the spray was the best shopping decision ever. Its got a little sting to it but it goes away. My cuts heal quicker with this and i use it when i burn myself cooking and the relief is amazing and fast. The bottle will last you awhile.

Spray away!
We use this a lot in our house. Between the kids falling or my husband getting a splinter in his finger, it gets used just about daily. Its always good to clean everything very well before putting neoprene and a band-aid on. It helps clean it very well! Just spray and let it dry before doing anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Band Aid Antiseptic Spray is a great product to add to your First Aid kit! The spray bottle makes it easy and convenient to apply. It doesn't sting, burn or irritate the skin when applied. I had a small cut on my finger and it seemed to heal more quickly than similar cuts that I had not used this product on.
