A: I just bought this 10" pan hoping the cover of my old 10" GreenPan would fit it - it didn't. Don't know the line of my old pan but the inside diameter was right at 10". This pan has closer to a 10.5" inside diameter. Your lit would probably fit...

A: Yes, oven safe up to 350 degrees.

(Oven proof to me is at last 475 degrees temp safety) - this is probably due to the rubber handle. Other models of greenpan are oven proof such as their stainless steel handled ones which would need to be handled with care out of a hot oven.

Years ago, I was gifted the larger diameter size of this brand and it was wonderful! I finally decided to get a second pan in a smaller size. I deeply regret it. There is NO method in which food does not stick to this pan. No amount, type or combo of oil and butter, preheating vs not preheating, preheating with oil vs without oil, turning down the heat after initial preheat - I have NEVER owned a more temperamental and WORTHLESS pan. In this economy, it is even more frustrating to basically have one entire egg stick to the pan every time, or lose some of the chicken breast, or pancakes, or ANY food you make the mistake of adding to this STICK pan, masquerading as "nonstick." To the makers of this pan - you owe me money for all the food I've lost to this stupid thing. Thanks for wasting my money and my time.

Bought this pan 3/8/2025. it is now 6/30/2025 and it is no longer nonstick. We followed every manufacturer recommendation for use. It has never been in the dishwasher, it’s only cleaned after it’s cooled and we only use soft clothes to wash. When we first got it it worked great for eggs and pancakes. This morning I made scrambled eggs (cooked on medium low and constantly stirred) and they are stuck all over the pan. Very disappointed.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

These pans so far are great as far as non sticking goes, however the smell from the handle is disgusting and smells like burnt rubber! I have only used this product a couple of times but would not purchase again!

I bought the GreenPan Rio 2PK (8" and 11") Ceramic Nonstick Breakfast Set expecting a safe and reliable nonstick experience — but both pans became nearly unusable within months. Despite following all care instructions (low heat, no metal utensils, proper cleaning), the nonstick coating wore off, and everything sticks — eggs, pancakes, you name it. I tried their recommended “deep cleaning” methods, but nothing worked. The worst part is the customer care is not ready to listen to you, they just ask you to try a "proven" method which should just work. They wont budge if you tell them if you tried it already. Their warranty is a joke. Do not waste your money. These pans are unreliable, hard to clean once they degrade, and don’t live up to the nonstick promise. Worse, I’m now concerned about possible health risks from deteriorating coating. Look elsewhere.

These pans are garbage and are as far from Non-stick as you can get. I have been a cook for 30 years and these may be the worst non-stick pans I have ever used. Even adding a little bit of oil doesn't help. The only way I can get these pans to not have food stick to them is to cook at no higher than medium low. Not even medium mind you. The pots are great for boiling water or heating up soup or beans, but that is about it.

It was decent for about 6 months but then it starting showing peeling, small scratching. I only use cloth or sponge to hand wash with. It’s been less then a year and I’m going to have to throw it away because I’m afraid to use it that way

We did find this to be a non stick pan but we do use a bit of oil or butter when cooking. My biggest issue is that it already has chips on it and we’ve had it for less than two months. We don’t use metal utensils and hash wash it. The first chip actually happened 2 days after using it and more keeping popping up.

Been using this pan for all of a week and a half now? And already omelets are sticking to it even when using liberal amounts of oil or butter. I've only ever used silicone spatulas. This is actually the second pan to do this. I got one for Christmas and thought it was just a fluke. Won't be wasting my money on this company again
