Q: Does this clump urine?

submitted by contrnat - 8 years ago

  • A: Great question! This litter forms strong, tight clumps for easy cleanup. - The Tidy Cats Team

submitted byPurina - 8 years ago
    Brand expert

  • A: The answer is NO! Be prepared to dump the litter box by the 3rd or 4th because something has changed. No clumps, just a muddy mess. I’ve used this for years but not anymore

submitted byGram - 2 years ago

  • A: I have found that the older the litter is, the less well it clumps. Fresh litter clumps well, but after a while, not so much. The trick (for me) is to not add quite as much to the clean litter box, then add clean litter every week. I dispose of everything once a month and start fresh.

Q: can this be used with the tidy cats breeze system ?

submitted by kris20 - 8 years ago

  • A: Great question! The Breeze litter pellets are specifically designed for the Breeze Litter system grated base to allow liquids to pass through without falling through the grate. - The Tidy Cats Team

  • A: I wanted to try this litter and I regret it, it doesn't clump at all. It smells putrid and when trying to scoop the urine, the clump disintegrates as soon as I lift it from the dry litter. Terrible.

Q: Does this litter come unscented in the pails as well?

submitted by Deep purple - 2 years ago

  • A: Thank you for your interest in Tidy Cats with Glade Tough Odor Solutions Multiple Cats Clumping Litter. While it has a clear spring scent, we offer a wide variety of Tidy Cats unscented litters in a 35 lb pail. You may also visit our page at https://www.purina.com/cats/cat-litter/unscented. Q: How dust free is this item compared to other tidy cat litters? Some of the others list 99.9% but I can't find this information listed on this particular one.

submitted by tara - 8 years ago

  • A: This product is 99.9% dust free as well. - The Tidy Cats Team

    Tidy cat glade litter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love ❤️ it. Smells nice and clumps well. The only downfall is that it hurts your feet when it falls off their feet. I like the g lade scent the best, so do the kitties 😸 💕

More brand was sold than products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly felt like i paid for the branding and packaging. The glade scent isn't lasting or able to control the slightest odor and it's less cost effective than other options I've tried. I am close to ending my trial mission of a ll the different scents available for this line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a ok product but not my preferred brand. The clumps doesn't hold together well and they are always a muddy mess stuck to the bottom of the pan

Good basic kitty litter, but I wouldn’t say that the scent is super strong/covers much odor. Our cat also tracks more litter using this type as opposed to another brand we tried out.

    Glade Purina litter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use this litter and only this litter, however, after the litter smell continued to be an issue, I've switched to the power clump Purina which is way better at clumping and helping the smell better. I do still use the Glade scent from time to time if I have a coupon for it. I do believe, however, that there are other Purina litters that work better.
