Horrible!!! Changed Recipe
0 stars. They changed their perfect recipe & this product is now inedible, horrible. It tastes & smells like wet dog hair. It crumbles & breaks apart before it hits the bowl. So absurdly disappointing. I will never purchase this again. It’s been my staple for 15 years. Shameful.

Terrible change. The old one had great reviews, so why would they mess with a good thing by switching to a new recipe? Go back to the old one!

One of my favorite GF pastas
We have had this pasta a few times now, and have done it with Alfredo, tomato, vodka sauce and as a cold pasta salad. We love it all ways. Highly recommend.

Who on earth approved this disgusting recipe change?!! The "pasta" smells & tastes like wet dogs. It's mushy, gummy, repels sauce, falls apart and is an utter shameful disaster. You had the market entirely cornered - you won. Now you'll lose millions of supporters. My entire extended family buys your gluten-free pasta, as do my friends and I. We will never again buy a single box unless you return to the original corn-based recipe. This is absolutely shocking how bad it is. I'm still nauseous hours after trying to eat it then checking the box to see what happened and that you changed the recipe. Really the worst business move you could have made. This will cost you.

Nothing like the original
I would tell everyone how good their gluten free pasta was. I am the only gluten free one in my family and everyone would eat it without being able to tell the difference. As soon as I was cooking the new pasta, I could tell the difference. It is very slimy and a weird texture. Really hoping they keep making the old recipe as I will need to find a new brand if not.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this new recipe and I don't know why. I have only tried the penne so far and did not realize there was a recipe change until I reheated my leftovers, expecting the dreaded crumbly, dry pasta, that every single gluten-free pasta I've had, gets like, but it was like regular pasta. I thought I bought the wrong kind! I absolutely love it, and I hope the other types are the exact same. Please do not change this recipe. It is probably the best gluten-free pasta. I have been able to purchase in a store. I've had some good ones in restaurants or frozen dinners but nothing I've ever been able to purchase myself. It's so refreshing!

I have been singing the praises of Barilla GF for years. Every restuarant we go to also uses them. Since they changed their formula-no more. Absolutely distgusting and terrible texture and falls apart. Barilla failed us.
