We're sorry to hear this, but be assured this isn't normal especially since this is a fragrance-free pre-shave, and we have numerous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Above all else, your safety and satisfaction comes first. We know that some people have sensitive skin, so we crafted this pre-shave to be the one to use for those people, and everyone else too. In fact, it removes two potential sources of irritation, dyes, and fragrances, while improving razor glide to protect skin while shaving, so be assured this isn't normal, especially with our quality and safety checks. Please discontinue using it as it may be possible it isn't up to our standard. Typically, razor burn is caused by dry shaving, shaving too aggressively, or using a dull blade, so if you aren't doing so already, pair your pre-shave with warm water, use a sharp blade, and shave using light and gentle strokes.
