A: Not to worry! Our balms leave our facility in boxes with a lid, but don't have another seal. Every Earth Mama product and every lot is tested for gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, as well as yeast and mold. Better than any diaper rash cream
I struggle with IBS and tears and bleeding on my anus (horrible) and no diaper rash cream or anything else has soothed and healed so well. Thank god I found this through my naturopath. Truly works

This stuff is a lifesaver!!! I purchased multiple perineal repair products and this one far exceeded them all. I had an episiotomy that didn’t heal for months and then a repair surgery for it at 4m postpartum. I wasn’t fully healed for 6m. I bought this 2m in and it got me to my surgery and helped me afterwards. The slight cooling sensation is *chefs kiss*🤌. Moisturizing and eases discomfort. I love the natural ingredients and the fact it didn’t leave oil stains in my underwear. Oh, and it smells really good if you wanted to use it on a scrape or something on another part of your body!

Buy this now...lifesaver!
This balm is sooo good! I used it with my first (3rd degree tear) and now 2nd (2nd degree tear) baby and it is so soothing! I have the herbal spray also but prefer the balm 100%. This helps with soreness/pain in the early postpartum phase and the itching and discomfort once things start healing. A little goes a long way and I applied after every bathroom trip. 3 weeks postpartum now and have used about half the container. Do not pass this up it is so helpful!

This is SO good. I have vulvar varicose veins and this feels cooling without putting it in the fridge. Skip the herbal spray. It did basically nothing for me, but this was wonderful!

Helps heal perineal tearing
I’m obsessed with this product!! I found it when I was looking for some relief from tearing after my first delivery. As soon as I started applying this balm on my stitches, my healing accelerated. I’ve since used it after three more deliveries (and tears - ouch!!) and I could not recommend it more highly. I absolutely love the cooling sensation - it’s so relieving!

The thing I liked was the same thing I disliked. The cool minty feeling is initially great but it seems to last FOREVER! To the point that I need to use it for short periods then clean it off. But it has helped me heal which is the point. Also it is in a pot container which is great! Their competitor Honey Pot needs to learn from this.
