It’s my first time purchasing almond butter and there was some hype about this product but it doesn’t taste like almonds at all and it’s got a weird texture to it. I wouldn’t recommend.

Don't like change in formula
I used to love this product. One pick each morning with my GF toast. My go to. Just received new box of pouches in March 2026 and the consistency is completely off. It's yucky. Unlikely to purchase again and now to start looking for another straight-up almond butter.

Very Uneven Product
this has nothing to do with Target. it has to do with Justin's. the product is really uneven. sometimes it's great other times it's dry and horrible. no way to tell what you will get. also, it would be nice to have a longer expire date. a month out doesn't help the situation. product is clearly not moving on the shelves.

Hardly any almond butter in the container
I love the almond butter but it's happened multiple times there's hardly any almond butter inside and it's not cheap! I want a refund

Disappointing
Very dry and flavor is peculiar. Doesn’t really taste like almonds. Difficult to spread. I rarely discard food, but after a couple of tries I ended up tossing this out. An expensive mistake.

Dry
The almond butter is extremely dry, almost like dry clay, with no oiliness at all. Very disappointing.

Love this product, hate the palm oil.
I was introduced to almond butter with this brand. I love the taste of it, and I would not switch if it were not for the palm oil. I am at a point in my life where I need to do more clean, eating due to physical issues. And palm oil is just too inflammatory. If you could change out the palm oil, I would still continue to buy this product.

no
I think it is a great alternative to peanut butter. I like the different flavors and the fact it comes in a quick pouch to eat on the go. It does have a gritty taste. But honestly the only reason I will not buy this product again is the added palm oil which makes this very unhealthy. I hope in the future it could be made without it.

New Packaging Leaks
I've always loved Justin's Classic Almond Butter packets as a convenient and healthy on-the-go snack. However, the new packaging has been disappointing. I've been unexpectedly covered in almond butter more than once while kneading the packet—what I initially hoped was just a fluke. Unfortunately, when I went to purchase more today, I noticed several packets on the shelf were already leaking and messy. I'm really disappointed, as this used to be a favorite, but I won't be purchasing it again unless the packaging improves.

The only one I buy now.
I was looking for something for my English muffins. I bought the Almond butter with Cinnamon. OMG! Has to be the best butter I've had. I have tried other companies Cashews butter, Almond butter. Not anymore! Only thing in my cabinet now is Justin's.

Allergens
It's so annoying that the same equipment is used for several nuts. Im going nuts looking for nut products free of cashew, pistachios or walnuts. Disappointed your line couldn't get it done.

I Expected Better
This was my first purchase of your Almond Butter. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, like when nuts are rancid. Why do you add Palm Oil? I am returning it to my store, even though the best by is 8 months away, it doesn't taste good. I expected better, especially for the price. I also found it disgusting that remnants of paper remain on the edge of the jar after opening.

Great brand but shame about the palm oil.
I used to buy a lot of the almond butter sachets from Justin's. But I've become put off by the palm oil which is added. There are so many nut butters these days which only contain the said nut. It's not necessary and isn't very healthy either. I really think Justin's could drop this ingredient and gain more customers.

One and done
I bought this as a break from peanut butter but even without added sugar, this has more calories than Creamy Skippy. I found this to be gritty, not much taste and a weird playdoh like consistency in the jar that made it difficult to spread. Couple all that with palm oil as an ingredient and an over $10.00 price tag for 16 ounces and I will not be buying more.

Wouldn't buy again
We bought the Justin's Classic Almond Butter and kept it in the refrigerator once we opened it and started using it. It has a stale flavor even though the "best by date" is 12/06/24 (the picture upload section for the review doesn't work). It doesn't have maple syrup, honey, or anything else in it to mask the flavor, so it's probably more noticeable. It definitely does not taste fresh.
