Just opened my new container and was shocked to see the creamer is a totally different color, ok...and then I drank it....horrible!! I am devastated. I have been drinking this in my coffee for several years and now my coffee is ruined. I want to cry. I came on here to see if anyone else had anything to say and I see TONS of people saying the same thing!! It also smells different and totally different consistency. unreal! Sounds like you will be losing a lot of business. And thank you for ruining one of the things that make me smile in the morning.

The old Mocha Collagen Creamer was delicious. The new one is terrible. If I could get my money back I would. They added Stevia to it. It tastes very bad. The old one made my coffee creamy and I actually felt like I was getting collagen. The new one not at all.

I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer for more years than I can remember. I saw the new container on the mocha flavor said "now with improved taste", but I didn't realize that meant the addition of stevia. If you look at the ingredients on the website it says - Collagen Peptides, Organic Coconut Milk Powder, Natural Mocha Flavor, Natural Cocoa Flavor, Organic Bamboo Shoot Extract, Organic Acacia Fiber - it doesn't list stevia on the site, but it is listed on the new container. I'm so disappointed, I'm one of the random people who has a strong aversion to stevia, so I could immediately taste it and it ruined the product for me. Sadly, I won't be purchasing this product anymore, and I was a loyal VP fan, telling many people about it. Incredibly disappointed that it wasn't listed as a new ingredient on their site.

First, let me say this....THIS NEW FORMULA IS DISGUSTING! I have been a subscription customer of this collagen creamer for about 5 years. All three flavors - I couldn't choose which I liked best! But now? UGH UGH UGH Who wants sweetener in their CREAMER?? It doesn't even make sense! Why don't your offer BOTH formulas? I am beyond disappointed - I feel cheated because now I have to shop, shop, shop for a similar product! SHAME ON YOU, MS ANISTON! I at least hoped you would've considered ALL of your customers!

I have been extremely loyal to my vital proteins mocha collagen coffee creamer for many years. They recently changed the packaging, not a big deal, but they also messed with the formula and it’s disgusting. And now that I know that Nestlé bought them out a few years ago I won’t be buying any more products from vital proteins moving forward. I’m done!

Love the Mocha. I’ve been using it in my morning coffee for a few years now. Buy a handheld frother. Mixes beautifully! My only complaint is that the newest containers don’t have a scoop. Big mistake in my opinion. It’s inconvenient without it. Bring it back please!

I wanted to like this because I am a chocolate lover. I tried it 3 time in coffee and it taste so bad. Each time I couldn't taste more than a couple drinks,and had to pour it out.I thought it might be ceramic cups,but retried eith paper coffee cups newly out of package. ALL taste gross & like soap ,and not chocolate creamer .Also had floating material in coffee. It did NOT mix well at all !! Very disappointing,because I bought 3 containers of this opened ALL to see if it was just 1 container that tasted like crap,but it was all 3 that to me tasted like soap. I have bought the plain Chocolate collagen power for year now,and really no problem with that.

Not being an expert on what qualifies as a mocha flavor, I enjoy the "Mocha" Collagen Creamer in my hot chai. I use one scoop of creamer and one scoop of unflavored. There is no sugar added - love that - as I use monkfruit. I can add my own choice. So if you're expecting canned chocolate syrup plus coffee flavor ... you'll be disappointed. Mixes well in my hot beverage ... and tastes great. Never has given me any health issues - no dairy! I'm prone to sensitivity like hives, rashes, intestinal issues and have never experienced any from the Vital Proteins products. I have much longer hair, nails, and enjoying painfree joints. Collagen has had a positive impact on my 67 yr old body!

I bought this as simple travel protein for my infant for an upcoming trip. Upon arrival, disappointed to see that it also contains palm oil! The images did not show the nutrition/ingredients and the specifications say contains: almonds so I wrongly assumed that was the ingredient list. In a third place (label info) it does disclose the palm oil but you really have to dig for it! Will either be going back to store or one of the adults will eat it-very overpriced for what it is.

When I first received this I did not like it, it had an odd taste. I left it in the cabinet and recently tried it again, one scoop in an 16 oz cup of coffee, with a few tablespoons of my regular sweet cream liquid milk creamer and 1 1/2 scoops of my chocolate collagen peptides, and it was delicious!!! I will reorder again on auto ship even though it's a little pricey, the auto ship will help save a little.

Of all the coffee creamers from vital proteins, the mocha is my favorite. I'm lactose intolerance and this creamer does not give me any issues. I love that they have the packets version. I typically don't drink coffee when I'm traveling or at a restaurant but with the packets, I can now drink coffee without worrying about having issues. I was going through a stage of losing a lot of hair (I guess perk of grown older) but I have been drinking this collagen creamer for almost 2 years and I noticed I don't have significant hair loss as I did 2 years ago.

I am a super fan of the vital proteins Collagen Peptides (unflavored) but I bought 2 of the Mocha Collagen Creamers to try something a little different. I am so incredibly disappointed. Cut my loses after trying it twice. It tastes like plastic and is beyond lumpy. Idk if this was a bad shipment or if they all taste like this. Waste of $$’s.
