Oil separation may occur because there are no additives in this almond butter spread, but that doesn't affect the quality of the almond butter. Just store upside down in the refrigerator to help prevent some of the separation, then stir before serving.

Really like this almond butter and don't mine mixing it. It's worth it to know there's only almonds in jar. It's a small jar though. Disappointed that the larger jars disappeared! Please bring them back

Excellent flavor, not as creamy as expected.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of this Unsweetened Creamy Almond Butter was really on point, it has a clean, natural almond flavor that's perfect for a healthy snack. It paired especially well with sliced apples! However, the texture was a bit of a challenge. Right out of the jar, it was noticeably gritty not creamy as advertised, and the natural oil separation meant that a serious amount of mixing was required. It genuinely took some muscle and patience to stir the entire jar to a smoother, more spreadable consistency. Once mixed, it's a stellar product. Although it could be ground up to a finer consistency to actually make it creamy, as it is, I would put the consistency as if you took a jar of chunky almond butter and ran it through a food processor for an insufficient amount of time. I would still recommend this for the taste, just wish the initial texture was a bit creamier or better ground up.

Just almonds making this a go to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first try of the good and gather creamy almond butter and I’m very pleased with it. I like that it doesn’t contain oil or salt as you can see on the ingredient list. You do have to stir it at first because the natural oil is separated. I stir mine and then put in the fridge so it doesn’t separate again but you don’t need to refrigerate. I love eating this with jelly!

Great For Health Conscious Customers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This almond butter tastes exactly as advertised: unsweetened, no salt added. That being said, it will not be for everyone. The almond butter does taste bland, but I like it for the health benefits. The consistency is a little runnier than other almond butters I’ve had in the past, but that’s because there’s not extra ingredients as fillers. I prefer to eat this on toast with honey and sea salt and it tastes great! I also like knowing that it is more nutritious than other nut butters with sugar added.

Easy to stir and spread on sandwiches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this stir to enjoy almond butter from good and gather. I have had the non stir almond butter and found that to be a lot harder to spread on bread or scoop out. This one was much creamier and easier to scoop. I was able to put it in a protein shake which added some healthy fats and added a yummy flavor. The taste is good, it is no salt added which I did miss the salt a bit but overall still good!

Super disappointed to find that G&G Almond Butter now only comes in a mini 12 oz size. I support G&G brand whenever there is the option. This is the best tasting Almond Butter I have found. Sadly I will not be switching to another Brand at Target but will be buying this product now at TJ simply because their TJ brand still comes in 16oz size. Please bring back the 16 oz and keep your customers at Target!!

Almond Butter No Salt or Sugar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This almond butter is made purely from almonds, with no sugar or salt added. Upon opening the jar I saw that the top layer was very smooth and not at all grainy. I followed the directions and stirred it thoroughly, which was a little difficult to do in that small of a jar. Once I finished stirring it has more of a grainy texture. I spread it on GF toast for my son and we all enjoyed trying it. It has good flavor, though personally I think it might be better with something else added to it flavor wise, such as fruit.
